30-Day Return Guarantee At UREVOX, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered according to the tracking system.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and sanitary reasons (pet care products), items that show signs of use, pet hair, or wear cannot be accepted for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Products If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at urevox90@gmail.com with:

  2. Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will gladly issue a free replacement or full refund for damaged items within 48 hours of verification.

Return Process

  3. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 3-5 business days.
